Book that are still in saleable condition may be returned for full refund of retail price, with the following exceptions: Poetry Chapbooks, Backlisted Adult titles, and Backlisted Children's titles are not returnable.

Books that are damaged in transit will be replaced. Please retain the original (damaged) packaging and call the office for specific instructions.
